The purpose of the Global Business Leadership (GBL) Survey is to provide you with an opportunity to view the relationship between culture and leadership. We believe that managers and leaders can be more competent in their role if they a more concrete, accurate and databased view of what important leadership issues are throughout the world.

However, there can be no leaders without followers. As a follower, your opinions count most of all. Remember, all leaders are followers too.
